A young and dynamic team manage the call and give the necessary assistance for the passengers since their disembarking until their embraking at the end of the call.

Tourist Information

Two information points are available:

  • A tourist information desk representing the National office of the Tunisian Tourism situated in uncoverd place of the cruise village , opened in the ship call daytime to supply the plans and the multilingual leaflets of the destination Tunisia.

  • A counter of information managed by the Cruise Terminal situated in the village yard to supply  information about transportation, village services and shops and tourist destination.

WI FI area

WI FI is free in cafés, fast- food et restaurant of the cruise village.

Post Box

Two post box are available inside the cruise village. 

Post cards and stamps are sold in cruise village shops.

If you have any request or claim about the village services or shops , you can contact the village office .

Public phone

03 public phone are available in the cruise village.

Taxi Service

Taxi tariff are for no more than 5 hours non guided round trips.

Tariff are per taxi (4,6 or 8 seats) and not per person and by destination (Medina, Carthage/Sidi Bou Said, Medina/ Carthage/Sidi Bou Said).

Extra tariff exists for extra destinations: Bardo Museum or Gammarth beach and for a trip that exceeds 5 hours. 

Booking a taxi should be done in the Terminal with terminal agent.

Special services

Disabled persons or Person with Reduced Mobility can access to the whole cruise village.
